Mother's Day Gifts
FAQs
Dried flowers have been harvested at their peak and air dried. Preserved flowers have been fresh cut and then put in a food-grade, natural glycerine which replaces the water in the stem and then air dried, which preserves softness in flowers that are too delicate to be simply dried.
The quick answer is basically forever, dried and preserved flowers don't 'go bad.' However, some dried flowers can fade in direct light and will collect dust like anything else, so we recommend changing them out yearly, or even better seasonally.
The beauty of dried and preserved flowers is that there is no maintenance required! Unlike fresh flowers, you won't have to worry about changing out dirty water or keeping them in a cool room, and you won't have to throw them out in a few short weeks - you'll get to enjoy them as long as you like.
We make all of our bouquets, wreaths and gift sets to order, and wrap each beautifully in bouquet paper tied with a silk bow. We then package them carefully in padding and tissue to arrive on the doorstep of the recipient as a gift they'll be excited to open. If you've included a card message we'll hand write your note on the card you choose, or if you haven't chosen a card it will be written in one of our cream card stock note cards. Not only will they be sure to love opening their gift, they'll be overjoyed that you've sent flowers they'll get to cherish for years.
