RETURN POLICY

We make all of our bouquets, wreaths, and wedding flowers to order, and so we do not accept returns for these items and all purchases are final.

Bunches may be returned in their original packaging to 3120 Duncan Rd., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Once received back in our studio we will issue a refund.

Quality Issues : if product arrives damaged or not as ordered please email hello@idlewildfloral.com with pictures within 4 days, we will send a return shipping label and refund the order once received back in our studio.

To make a return :

• If product arrives damaged, please send photos to hello@idlewildfloral.com of damaged product and to request a return label.
• If you would like to return dried flowers by the bunch you may send them back to the below address with your order number and we will refund the flowers that have been returned in their original condition, however shipping will not be refunded.
