A Morning on the Farm : Where Our Dried Flowers are Grown
There are mornings that remind us why we do this. Last week, we drove into the rolling hills of California to visit one of the
farms where some of our dried flowers begin their journey. Before they're carefully dried and arranged into bouquets, they're simply growing, reaching toward the sun, moving with the breeze, surrounded by bees and butterflies.

Walking the fields, you notice the little things. The buzzing of bees from the farm's beehive, the scent of fresh cut flowers, the farmer's daughter playing in the fields while we chat with her parents about plans for the next planting.

Whenever possible, we choose flowers grown here in California
and throughout the United States. Not because it's always the easiest path, but because it allows us to support local farms and stay connected to the people behind every stem. We're grateful to work with family farmers like Michael and Yazmin Gallup who value organic farming
practices.
